• Create complex shots that depict story beats through staging and camera motion.
• Collaborate with directors and other stakeholders to incorporate feedback.
• Provide solutions to creative problems and pitch ideas.
• Communicate with production staff and manage multiple tasks.
• Maintain technical cleanliness in all work.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in film/VFX/animation/game production.
• Professional Maya experience and proficiency in animation blocking.
• Strong cinematic knowledge and understanding of film language.
• Experience previsualizing shots from scratch.
• Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback.
