Location: Must reside in Bogota, Colombia and work in the office 2 days per week

Salary: $6M COP - $9M COP / month

What you will do

• Coordinate administrative functions for the Bogotá office and serve as the point person for office logistics.
• Support team engagement by coordinating internal events and tracking attendance.
• Track creative bandwidth, maintain project timelines, and provide status updates.
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication between the Bogotá and U.S. offices.

Requirements

• Must reside in Bogota, Colombia. This is a hybrid role that requires 2 days per week in office.
• 2+ years in an agency environment or similar fast-paced setting.
• Bilingual: Native Spanish and fluent English (written and spoken).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with project management tools.
• Familiarity with Google Suite and Slack.
