Salary: $124,300 - $180,250

What you will do

• Provide functional and technical leadership to project delivery teams during implementation phases.
• Develop integration code and configure solutions based on customer business requirements.
• Lead workshops to understand and design loan origination processes and solution components.
• Partner with delivery, product management, and customer success teams to ensure successful project delivery and onboarding.
• Document project outputs and assist with testing and issue resolution.

Requirements

• Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus.
• Remote work capability is mandatory.
• Experience in banking loan origination and credit risk software implementation.
• Technical proficiency in C#, SQL, and database concepts (preferably Postgres).
• Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Basic understanding and enthusiasm for AI concepts and responsible AI practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with R or Python.
• Knowledge of Moody’s Solutions such as CreditLens, RiskCalc, CMM, ImpairmentStudio.
• Experience working with offshore teams and partners.
