What you will do

  • Cold call and influence accommodation providers to join the Odigeo Connect Platform via email and telephone.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with assigned lodging portfolio until contracts are signed.
  • Gather market and customer data and maintain CRM database (Salesforce).
  • Communicate Odigeo’s requirements and philosophy to partners with enthusiasm and credibility.
  • Review and aim to meet or exceed sales targets.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English, French, and Spanish.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills with ability to influence confidently by phone and email.
  • Hospitality or OTA knowledge is a strong plus.
  • Self-motivation, teamwork, and ability to work autonomously.
  • Proficient with MS Office, Gmail, Salesforce, and internet navigation.
  • Experience with applied AI tools and eagerness to integrate AI-driven solutions.

Nice to have

  • Experience using AI-powered assistants like Gemini.
  • Curiosity and experimentation mindset with AI technologies.
  • Ability to leverage AI for problem solving and productivity enhancement.
