What you will do

• Manage one to two globally distributed teams within the SRE organization.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure team effectiveness.
• Coordinate with other teams on relevant projects and execute complex initiatives.
• Lead incident response and manage system alerts and outages.
• Facilitate the establishment of Service Level Indicators and Objectives.

Requirements

• Prior experience managing teams and hands-on experience with reliability engineering.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing, Linux systems, and containerization.
• Ability to analyze complex systems and troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Effective communication skills in spoken and written English.
• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
