What you will do

• Lead merchant integrations from technical and operational perspectives, serving as the primary post-go-live contact.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical inquiries related to APIs, SDKs, and the payment orchestration platform.
• Analyze and optimize payment performance, focusing on authorization rates, routing logic, and cost efficiency.
• Design tailored technical solutions through customer discovery, executive briefings, and technical readouts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM, Product, and Engineering teams to enhance onboarding and post-launch experiences.
• Travel to customer sites as needed to oversee technical deployments and strengthen relationships.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in system implementation, API/SDK integrations, and technical guidance.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and complex API architectures.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Proven track record of delivering customer value aligned with merchant goals.
• Strong knowledge of the enterprise technology landscape.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Berlin, Germany.
