What you will do

• Own customer relationship from contract to full adoption as main point of contact.
• Lead technical data integrations, including ERP connections, SFTP setup, tenant configuration, data mapping, and verification.
• Conduct gap analyses and ensure clean data migration into Packa.
• Plan and run tailored onboarding workshops and training for IT teams, procurement leads, or sustainability managers.
• Handle onboarding support: emails, tickets, and escalation to Engineering or packaging specialists.
• Collaborate with Sales on integration questions and with Product on market feedback.
• Contribute to Packademy: build training content and self-serve resources for scalable onboarding.

Requirements

• Fluent in German and English
• 2+ years in SaaS implementation, technical onboarding, or similar B2B software role
• Experience with data integrations: ERP, SFTP, CSV/Excel, APIs, EDI
• Ability to analyze and fix data structures independently
• Clear communication with diverse stakeholders: customers, IT managers, engineers
• Experience running workshops or training sessions
• Strong ownership and comfort building evolving processes
