Technical Onboarding Manager (B2B SaaS)

Location: Berlin, Germany; hybrid work with regular office presence in Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg

hirify.global is building Packa, an end-to-end SaaS platform for intelligent packaging management in a heavily regulated European packaging industry.

What you will do

• Own customer relationships from contract signature through full product adoption.
• Lead technical data integrations, including ERP connections, SFTP setup, tenant and user configuration, data mapping, and verification.
• Analyze customer data structures, identify gaps, and ensure clean and complete migrations into Packa.
• Plan and run onboarding workshops and training sessions for IT teams, procurement leads, sustainability managers, and other audiences.
• Provide onboarding support, triage tickets, and coordinate with Engineering and packaging specialists.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product, contribute customer feedback, and build Packademy training content and self-serve resources.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in SaaS implementation, technical onboarding, or a similar role, with hands-on B2B software experience.
• Previous experience with data integrations, including ERP connections, SFTP, CSV/Excel, APIs, or EDI.
• Ability to read data structures, identify issues, and correct them independently.
• Clear and direct communication with customers, internal stakeholders, IT managers, packaging buyers, and software engineers.
• Experience running workshops or training sessions and adapting to the audience.
• Strong ownership of customer relationships and onboarding outcomes.
• Comfort working in evolving environments and improving processes as they develop.
• Fluent German and English.
