What you will do

• Evaluate and approve deployments for defined Operational Design Domains (ODDs).
• Own and drive the release process for recurring software updates, including QA gates and verification.
• Manage the end-to-end bringup process for new autonomous vehicles from receipt to commissioning.
• Execute software updates to the fleet ensuring zero downtime during peak operational hours.
• Maintain detailed vehicle configurations, firmware versions, and lead the change management board.
• Ensure all deployment artifacts and documentation comply with regulator and customer needs.

Requirements

• BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mechatronics, Aerospace, or equivalent.
• Extensive experience managing safety-critical autonomous system deployments.
• Strong understanding of software development, system architecture, and cloud infrastructure.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams to align on and deliver unified process visions.
• Ability to articulate complex technical issues and solutions to all levels of the business.

Nice to have

• MS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical disciplines.
• Experience fostering safety culture in aviation or robotics applications.
• Familiarity with airport/airline operations and airside driving environments.
• Knowledge of safety standards such as ISO 26262, ISO 21448, UL 4600, or IEC 61508.
