TL;DR

Location: Must have a valid work permit for Germany and at least one year of previous onsite work experience in Germany. Hybrid options available in Berlin and Stuttgart.

What you will do

  • Manage and control development projects and resource allocation.
  • Lead practical AI projects from initial conceptualization to full implementation.
  • Perform requirement engineering and analysis of professional needs.
  • Define, prioritize, and derive work packages and specific tasks.
  • Develop service descriptions and precise expense estimates.
  • Ensure high quality of delivery while adhering to timing and budget constraints.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of professional project management experience with digital applications in an agency or service sector.
  • Strong knowledge of software development projects and lifecycles.
  • Experience in lean and automated redesign and scaling of digital processes.
  • Proficiency with PM tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Salesforce.
  • Fluency in German is a mandatory requirement.
  • Must possess a work permit for Germany and have at least one year of onsite work experience in Germany.

Nice to have

  • Good command of the English language.
  • Experience with CGI and real-time workflows or applications.
  • Strong intuition for digital trends and UX design.
