What you will do

  • Own customer journey from onboarding to renewal for DACH law firms and legal teams.
  • Lead implementation, enablement, and tailored success plans to drive adoption.
  • Act as strategic advisor to uncover use cases and maximize value realization.
  • Identify expansion opportunities, handle commercial negotiations, upsells, and renewals.
  • Monitor health metrics, mitigate churn risks, and ensure retention.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to turn feedback into insights.
  • Build and refine the Engagement playbook in an early-stage team.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years in engagement management, client advisory, or account leadership in B2B SaaS, professional services, or consulting
  • Track record in customer retention, expansion, and satisfaction
  • Hunter mentality for finding and closing commercial opportunities
  • Experience with legal, compliance, or regulated industries
  • Strong project management and onboarding skills
  • Excellent communication for high-level and hands-on interactions
  • Comfortable in office 5 days a week for in-person collaboration
  • High EQ, commercial instinct, data-driven with metrics focus
  • Thrives in fast-paced, early-stage environments building playbooks
