What you will do

• Lead and develop the Technical Integration and Seller Onboarding team, defining clear goals and responsibilities.
• Strategically develop technical onboarding processes with a focus on scalability and automation.
• Monitor and steer team performance using KPIs, reports, and business reviews.
• Own the seller experience (NPS) and prioritize initiatives for maximum business impact.
• Act as the primary interface between Operations, Product, Tech, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Identify structural weaknesses and drive end-to-end optimizations across team boundaries.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, IT, E-commerce, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in a strategic leadership role within e-commerce or a platform environment.
• Proven track record of scaling complex processes and teams.
• Strong understanding of technical systems, integrations, and data-driven management.
• Very good German and English skills (written and spoken).
• Must be based in or able to travel to Cologne for mandatory anchor days.
