What you will do

  • Lead strategy and execution for full-cycle sales efforts across DACH.
  • Turn complex policy and operational contexts into data-driven business cases.
  • Build durable, revenue-generating relationships with diverse clients.
  • Consult and educate on transit plans and funding opportunities.
  • Champion Via’s mission through local campaigns and thought leadership.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in sales, business development, or consulting.
  • Fluent in German (native-level) and English.
  • A self-starter who thrives in fast-moving environments.
  • Strong commercial intuition and persistence in pursuing opportunities.
