Senior Technical Partnerships Manager (Corporate Travel)

Location: Hybrid role based mainly in Germany, preferably at the Berlin headquarters; regular team meetings take place in the Berlin office. Business travel may be required.

What you will do

• Support pre-sales engagements as a technical expert by evaluating partner needs and demonstrating platform capabilities.
• Consult partners through API implementation and certification requirements.
• Gather technical requirements and translate them into actionable specifications for internal teams.
• Manage custom development projects from planning through stakeholder coordination and go-live.
• Use partner feedback to guide the development of core APIs and integration tools.
• Own long-term technical relationships to improve collaboration and product engagement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a technology company.
• Deep exposure to API integrations, technical documentation, sprint cycles, and system architecture.
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders and translate complex requirements into actionable work.
• Strong ownership and ability to solve cross-functional coordination challenges in ambiguous environments.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
• Ability to work mainly from Germany and attend the Berlin office when needed.

Nice to have

• Experience in corporate travel, travel agencies, transportation, or logistics.
• Additional language skills.
