Senior Account Executive (Apple Device Management): Developing meaningful relationships with key stakeholders at enterprise accounts to drive sales of hirify.global's Whole Product Experience and pipeline growth within a specific territory, with an accent on new business acquisition and existing customer growth. Focus on executing sales strategies, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and leveraging a robust sales tech stack.

Location: Hybrid in Taipei, Taiwan. Applicants must be based in Taipei and have sponsorship to live and work in Taipei.

What you will do

  • Formulate and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and grow existing accounts within an assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives, Sales Engineers, and Strategic Account Executives to build pipelines and ensure customer success.
  • Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Build trusting relationships within the sales ecosystem, including Channel Partners and Apple.
  • Utilize industry-leading sales technology stack for sales activities and documentation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software sales experience in the enterprise market.
  • Proven ability to understand customer needs, create, and deliver customer-focused proposals and solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to build sales pipeline and progress opportunities from lead generation to contract execution.
  • Strong ability to work independently as a self-starter and as a team player.
  • Strong proficiency in Chinese for engaging with local customers and partners.
  • Business-level English for collaboration with regional teams.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time, including international travel.
