Location: On-site in New York or San Francisco

Compensation: $240K – $300K • Offers Equity

Build and develop a high-performing team of GTM Engineers.
Own and scale the GTME playbook for unique challenges.
Bridge teams and influence product feedback based on complex deals.

Requirements

4+ years of experience leading technical GTM teams.
Proven deal execution experience in Mid-Market/Enterprise B2B sales.
Passion for hirify.global and GTM Automation.
