What you will do

• Partner with business units and technology to design and implement innovative product solutions.
• Develop and create business requirements, perform user acceptance testing, and support production releases.
• Support the trading desk by troubleshooting issues and liaising with technology and business partners.
• Drive initiatives to grow the Fidelity Agency Lending business units.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Trading, Operations, Legal, Risk, and Compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5+ years of relevant Capital Markets or Product Development experience, preferably with Securities Finance and Agency Lending background.
• Knowledge of full Securities Lending trade lifecycle including trade execution, settlement, recalls, and collateral management.
• Strong analytical, written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience or interest in SQL and Agile methodologies is a plus.
