What you will do

• Lead post-sale implementation of Portware Enterprise, managing projects across internal engineering and support teams.
• Act as a technical account manager and client advocate to ensure retention and trust.
• Gather and translate complex business requirements into functional specifications for software development.
• Coordinate with product management, sales, and engineering to deliver new features and trading strategy implementations.
• Manage broker and liquidity provider connectivity and front-end GUI updates.
• Provide strategic guidance to clients regarding workflow optimization and asset class implementations.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial markets front-office environments.
• Deep understanding of market structures across multiple asset classes.
• Proven experience as a technical business analyst and project manager.
• Strong knowledge of the FIX protocol and its practical application.
• Experience working directly with software engineers and technical architects.

Nice to have

• Prior light coding experience in Java.
• Experience with Order Management Systems (OMS).
• Expertise in derivatives and equities trading.
