What you will do

• Define the technical approach for new product initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to shape features and user experience.
• Support teammates through code reviews and technical discussions.
• Ensure strong engineering standards within the team.

Requirements

• 4+ years of backend engineering experience with production-grade systems.
• Strong product mindset and experience building developer-facing tools.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages, primarily Go.
• Experience building secure, high-throughput services.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes, hirify.global, and microservices architecture.
• Prior experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar LLM APIs.
