What you will do

• Design and architect scalable, reliable platform infrastructure that underpins clinician product experiences.
• Anticipate system bottlenecks and proactively re-architect key components to prevent customer issues.
• Lead high-strategic-value platform initiatives to accelerate iteration while minimizing technical debt.
• Uphold high codebase standards and contribute to engineering processes for shipping quality code.
• Own the entire lifecycle of major technical initiatives in the AI stack, from design to deployment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience solving challenging zero-to-one software engineering problems.
• Proficiency with modern infrastructure: cloud providers (AWS, GCP), containers (Docker), and queuing systems (SQS, Kafka).
• Experience with standard database technologies, specifically Postgres.
• Demonstrated ability to own the execution of ideas from inception to successful outcomes.
• Willingness to flex across the stack to ensure project completion.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in the San Francisco office 3 days per week.
