What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain core backend services and APIs
• Develop scalable, secure systems with distributed and event-driven architectures
• Ensure high performance, reliability, and fault tolerance
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and own systems end-to-end
• Improve observability, monitoring, and operational maturity
• Contribute to architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and collaborate with AI, security, and product teams

Requirements

• Strong experience as a senior software engineer in production environments
• Solid backend engineering background with modern languages and frameworks
• Experience building distributed systems, APIs, and data-driven services
• Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and reliability
• Ability to operate independently and take ownership
