What you will do

  • Create new enterprise opportunities through prospecting and networking, focusing on landing new logos.
  • Conduct discovery calls and presentations to prospective customers, selling hirify.global's value.
  • Manage complex sales cycles and collaborate with Customer Success and internal teams.
  • Lead territory building initiatives with partners and regional events to drive awareness and pipeline.
  • Plan territory quantitatively and strategically, forecasting accurately and managing pipeline.
  • Exceed quarterly and annual sales targets consistently.

Requirements

  • Must be located in Poland and able to work remotely.
  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in Martech/Analytics or Fintech sectors.
  • Experience selling at Enterprise or Mid Market level with a successful track record.
  • Fluent English and Polish or another Eastern European language.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and account planning skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-growing startup environment.

  • Experience in Fintech or Finance sector.
