What you will do

  • Lead sales initiatives and develop new partnerships with service providers and resellers.
  • Manage commercial activities and contracts with existing partners to grow their business.
  • Lead steering committees with key partners to align on performance objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales, presales, marketing, finance, operations, and support teams to ensure alignment and project delivery.
  • Analyze competition in the UCAAS market to strengthen hirify.global's offering.

Requirements

  • Location: Based in or able to work from France
  • 5+ years in commercial management within telecom, cloud services (SaaS, UCaaS, CCaaS), or VoIP.
  • Experience in project management, contract negotiation, and managing complex partnerships.
  • Proven ability to engage C-level executives and develop business strategies.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset focused on growth and adaptability.
