What you will do

• Configure, test, and deploy high-volume mass email distributions and automated email programs in Marketo
• Manage multiple marketing automation projects and act as point-of-contact for program build requests
• Implement dynamic content, segmentation, triggers, smart lists, and filter logic
• Collaborate with Data Engineer to report on program performance to stakeholders
• Support non-technical users with performance insights and marketing technology tools
• Use JIRA to manage project intake and requests

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Charlotte, North Carolina, USA
• 1-2 years hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, preferably Marketo
• Bachelor’s degree and strong organizational skills
• Deep knowledge of email marketing fundamentals and analytical mindset
• Strong written and communication skills
• Marketo Certified Associate or Expert credentials preferred

Nice to have

• Experience with HTML and CSS
• Passion for marketing SaaS solutions and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with Scrum methodology
