What you will do

• Configure, test, and deploy high-volume email distributions and automated email programs in Marketo.
• Manage marketing automation projects, implementing dynamic content, segmentation, triggers, and filter logic.
• Collaborate with the Data Engineer to report on program performance to key stakeholders.
• Provide support and performance insights to non-technical users.
• Manage the intake of new projects and requests using JIRA.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of email marketing fundamentals.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on marketing automation platform experience (Marketo preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong organizational, analytical, written, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Expert-level working knowledge of Marketo.
• Marketo Certified Associate and/or Marketo Certified Expert credentials.
• Previous experience working with Scrum Methodology.
• Experience in HTML and CSS.
