What you will do
- Use a consultative selling style to understand Pros' specific challenges.
- Drive the complete sales cycle from booking to closure.
- Collaborate with the team to increase service attachments and revenue.
- Build trust with Pros by empathizing with their pain points.
- Maintain daily activity metrics and track customer engagement.
- Serve as a mentor to junior team members.
Requirements
- 2-3+ years of experience in a full-time sales role.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Experience with Payroll and Accounting.
- CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Proven ability to develop strong customer relationships.
