What you will do

• Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to analyze and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed system requirements and user stories for development teams.
• Evaluate existing processes and systems to identify gaps and recommend IT enhancements.
• Support solution design, testing, deployment, and change management with project managers and technical teams.
• Conduct feasibility studies and assist in vendor evaluations.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and facilitate workshops and presentations.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in San Jose, California, United States
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of business analysis experience with at least 2 years in senior or lead roles.
• Experience with enterprise IT projects such as ERP, CRM, cloud platforms, and digital transformation.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Project, Visio, Power BI, and ITIL framework.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
