What you will do
- Manage inbound customer flow efficiently while maintaining high service levels
- Answer sales queries and sell the product line
- Monitor sales inquiries via web chat, calls, and emails
- Guide customers through the sales process and manage your sales pipeline
- Maintain a high call rate and follow up with customers and installers to ensure installation completion
Requirements
- Flawless English communication skills required
- Minimum 2 years sales experience, preferably in EV charging or related industry
- Strong customer service skills and ability to handle challenging situations professionally
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and multitask
