What you will do
- Develop and execute U.S. market entry strategy focusing on the Bay Area and West Coast.
- Build and manage a pipeline of commercial opportunities with installers, wholesalers, and energy companies.
- Drive sales, manage full sales cycle, and exceed individual sales quotas.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and align partners with company standards.
- Collaborate with UK HQ on logistics, marketing, and product localization.
- Support early operational functions to ensure excellent customer experience and build scalable playbooks.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or near Palo Alto, California, US (hybrid work format).
- Proven experience in business development or sales within EV charging, energy, utilities, or electrical distribution.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. installer and wholesale energy ecosystems.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to operate independently and build new markets.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with trade distribution channels and cross-functional international teams.
