What you will do

• Define and execute partner go-to-market strategies for the Middle East enterprise market aligned with regional business goals.
• Identify, recruit, and enable high-impact partners including system integrators, distributors, and cloud providers.
• Lead partner onboarding, certification, and training programs to ensure effective deployment and management of AI solutions.
• Drive joint pipeline generation and co-selling motions with partners to capture high-value enterprise opportunities.
• Conduct business planning, performance tracking, and quarterly business reviews with partners.
• Advocate partner feedback internally and evangelize hirify.global’s vision at industry events.

Requirements

• Must be located in or able to work on-site in Dubai, UAE.
• 8+ years in partner development, channel sales, or alliance management in tech, preferably AI or cloud.
• Deep knowledge of the Middle East enterprise market and existing relationships with government and enterprise partners.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with experience in complex regulatory environments.
• Working understanding of AI technologies including LLMs and retrieval-augmented generation.
• Excellent communication skills; Arabic proficiency preferred but not required.
