⚡️Affiliate Manager⚡️

We’re looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to build new partnerships and scale presence across multiple markets in the iGaming vertical. This role is a strong fit for someone comfortable with both the commercial side (negotiation, deals) and the technical side (tracking, performance) 🚀

📍 Location: Dubai, UAE
(Relocation support provided)

➡️ Responsibilities:
- Source and launch new affiliate partners (CPA, RevShare, hybrid) — full cycle from outreach to active traffic
- Monitor campaigns daily, analyse traffic quality, and optimise ROI
- Manage and grow existing partners: budgets, commissions, payouts
- Collaborate with design, product, and dev teams to improve acquisition strategies
- Represent the company at conferences and industry events
- Create and manage newsletters and promo materials for affiliates

➡️ Requirements:
- 3+ years of affiliate marketing experience in iGaming / gambling
- Proven experience working with Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets
- Hands-on experience with tracking platforms (Appsflyer, Adjust)
- Understanding of mobile and web tracking
- Strong negotiation skills and data-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- English — fluent (Ukrainian/Russian is a plus)
