What you will do

  • Develop and implement partner retention strategies to enhance loyalty and maximize lifetime value.
  • Act as the primary contact for partners, fostering strong relationships through personalized support.
  • Monitor partner satisfaction and utilize feedback to improve experiences and tailor initiatives.
  • Analyze partner behavior to identify opportunities for upselling and product customization.
  • Stay current on company products and marketing promotions to communicate them effectively to partners.
  • Collaborate with Business Development teams by providing ideas and suggestions for platform improvements.

Requirements

  • Degree in a business-related field.
  • Fluent Tajik speaker with excellent oral and written English skills.
  • Valid work permit required.
  • Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in client handling within the financial services sector is an advantage.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
