TL;DR

Business Development Rep: Generating pipeline and qualifying outbound leads for Small/Mid-size and Enterprise Sales Teams with an accent on cold calling, lead qualification, and sales opportunity conversion. Focus on meeting quotas, managing high call volumes, and collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams to improve demand generation processes.

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco or San Ramon, CA

Salary: $38,100 - $73,900 USD

What you will do

  • Qualify outbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities for field sales teams.
  • Make 50-80 calls per day and follow up with email touchpoints.
  • Meet quota of qualified sales opportunities consistently.
  • Gather sales intelligence and qualify prospects based on Fit, Budget, Authority, Need, and Time.
  • Log activities and feedback into Salesforce.com and collaborate with sales and marketing teams.
  • Provide feedback to improve sales tools, prospect intelligence, and marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Work experience in lead generation and cold calling
  • Strong communication skills and professional business acumen
  • Ability to meet quotas and handle objections consultatively
  • Familiarity with CRM and office software
  • Must be located in or able to work hybrid in San Francisco or San Ramon, CA
