What you will do

• Build deep, trusted partnerships with C-suite leaders across Corporate Functions and hirify.global Commerce Media.
• Advise on organizational design, including role clarity, team structure, and operating model evolution.
• Lead end-to-end talent planning, succession, and performance strategies for high-impact teams.
• Partner with hirify.global Commerce Media leadership through rapid scaling and enterprise customer growth.
• Shape leadership development and manager effectiveness strategies in partnership with COEs.
• Guide leaders through high-stakes moments such as reorgs, leadership transitions, and geographic expansion.

Requirements

• 14+ years of progressive HR/People Partner experience.
• 3+ years partnering directly with C-suite or SVP-level leaders.
• Strong business acumen with experience supporting both corporate functions and product/GTM organizations.
• Deep expertise in organizational design, talent planning, workforce strategy, and change leadership.
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills to translate data into insight-driven recommendations.
• Experience influencing in complex, ambiguous, global environments.
