• Partner directly with business leaders on org design, team structure, and workforce strategy.
• Manage employee relations matters end-to-end across multiple states.

• Ensure onboarding and transitions are disciplined and aligned with business needs.
• Maintain rigorous compliance with U.S. federal and state employment regulations.

Requirements

• 7 - 12 years of progressive HR experience
• Experience with organizations that scaled meaningfully.
• Deep familiarity with U.S. multi-state employment law
• Strong hands-on experience managing complex employee relations independently.
• Comfortable operating in environments where clarity must be created, not assumed.
• Confident advising senior leaders and executives.
