Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical sourcing, focusing on infrastructure or systems engineering roles.
• Proven track record of sourcing candidates in cloud infrastructure or distributed computing.
• Strong understanding of complex engineering principles and effective communication skills.
• Proficiency with sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
