What you will do

• Use proprietary software to provide input and labels on defined AI projects.
• Support delivery of high-quality curated data for AI training.
• Collaborate with technical staff to enhance annotation tools and AI task training.
• Choose and solve complex problems across various chemistry subdomains to improve AI model outcomes.
• Interpret, analyze, and execute tasks based on evolving instructions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US (excluding Wyoming and Illinois) or Palo Alto, CA.
• Master’s or PhD in chemistry-related field with expertise in multiple chemistry subdomains.
• Proficiency in English reading and writing.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to fast-paced, evolving instructions.
• Reliable access to required technology including a smartphone and compatible computer.

Nice to have

• Publications in peer-reviewed journals.
• Previous AI tutoring or teaching experience.
• Experience in technical writing or journalism.
