What you will do

  • Develop self-service experiences and product-led growth workflows.
  • Implement AI-powered outbound programs to automate marketing efforts.
  • Integrate marketing systems for seamless campaign workflows.
  • Optimize conversion paths through user journey analysis.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to translate strategies into workflows.
  • Experiment and iterate on processes to improve pipeline efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in growth engineering or technical marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Clay, Zapier, and CRM platforms.
  • Ability to blend no-code and low-code solutions for automation.
  • Collaborative mindset in fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a product-led growth or B2B SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with customer data platforms and analytics tools.
  • Basic proficiency with APIs or light scripting.
