TL;DR

Vice President, AI, Collaboration And Data (Product Management): Lead and drive AI strategy, collaboration tools, and business intelligence initiatives to scale internal operations and decision-making. Location: Remote with hybrid work required within 45 miles of Boston, Detroit, Denver, or Mountain View, working EST hours

What you will do

  • Lead executive alignment and multi-year strategy for AI, collaboration tools, and business intelligence to optimize efficiency and technology ROI.
  • Drive partnerships across G&A, GTM, and R&D functions.
  • Define and implement talent strategies focused on digital upskilling and customer centricity.
  • Establish AI data standards and governance in collaboration with privacy and security teams.
  • Oversee measurement ecosystems and operational frameworks to track transformation progress and compliance.
  • Conduct analysis to identify AI-driven business process improvements and revenue growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Must work EST hours and hybrid if located within 45 miles of specified US cities
  • 15+ years of transformational IT leadership experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology required; Master's preferred.
  • Previous Vice President or equivalent executive experience required.
  • Experience with AI technologies, data analytics, Salesforce, and Snowflake platform.
  • Strong knowledge of data governance and executive stakeholder influence.

Nice to have

  • Experience in technology or SaaS companies.
  • Strong leadership in change management and digital upskilling.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.
