What you will do

• Define and own the multi-year product strategy for hirify.global’s AI Data Mesh.
• Shape investment and sequencing across distribution archetypes: inbound data flow via MCP and cloud data shares; interoperability with client AI platforms (Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, etc.); and full-push distribution into Snowflake, Databricks, and similar lakehouse environments.
• Track the evolving MCP and agentic AI ecosystem and translate changes into a sequenced roadmap with success metrics, technical dependencies, and commercial milestones.
• Partner with engineering, data architecture, and AI research to deliver outcomes by writing detailed product requirements and participating in architecture reviews.
• Define data governance, lineage, and access control frameworks for financial-services compliance and security.
• Drive customer discovery and executive-level sales/partnership discussions; mentor other product managers as the product space grows.

Requirements

• 12+ years of professional experience with 8+ years in product management, data engineering, or platform development, including at least 5 years owning data infrastructure, AI platform, or developer platform products.
• Proven 0-to-1 product development experience delivering an ambiguous market opportunity to a shipped, adopted enterprise B2B product.
• Hands-on familiarity with MCP or comparable data interoperability protocols.
• Working knowledge of AI/LLM deployment patterns (prompt engineering, RAG architectures, tool use, multi-agent systems) and cloud data sharing architectures (Snowflake Secure Data Sharing, Databricks Delta Sharing, or equivalent).
• Experience engaging C-suite and clients in strategic sales and partnership conversations.
• US work authorization required: legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
