What you will do

  • Execute account plans to maximize revenue within assigned enterprise accounts and prospects.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise clients.
  • Collaborate with solution engineering and other internal teams to develop and execute solution strategies.
  • Engage with C-level executives to develop enterprise-wide strategies and position hirify.global competitively.
  • Generate market velocity through product demonstrations, events, and account initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and report on new and expansion opportunities using MEDDPIC.

Requirements

  • English: B2 level or higher required
  • Proven success in enterprise software sales at executive levels.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and closing six-figure deals.
  • Strong organizational, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and execute business plans and collaborate internally to advance sales.
  • Motivated self-starter with a track record of high performance against quota.

Nice to have

  • Experience leveraging hyperscalers in platform sales.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPIC sales framework.
