What you will do
- Own technical validation and lead technical discovery for prospective customers.
- Manage RFPs, data protection assessments, and security reviews.
- Scope complex solutions and prepare Statements of Work (SOWs) for enterprise customers.
- Drive seamless handovers between Sales and Customer Success teams.
- Translate complex technical details into clear business outcomes.
- Create and maintain pre-sales resources and technical documentation.
Requirements
- Strong technical and commercial acumen.
- Experience in a customer-facing, pre-sales, or solutions role supporting SaaS or data-driven software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with various teams.
- Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
