Release Manager

What you will do

• Plan and coordinate engineering activities for each software release
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to meet program deliverables on time and with quality
• Create and maintain release documentation and Jira structures
• Align release schedules internally and externally
• Verify and approve system/software reports and ensure software quality goals
• Lead risk and problem tracking and mitigation processes

Requirements

• Location: Krakow, Poland with hybrid work (minimum 47 days remote per year)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics or similar
• At least 3 years experience in software delivery and customer interaction
• Experience with software configuration tools like git/gerrit and agile development
• Knowledge of software quality processes such as Automotive SPICE
• English: Very good written and spoken skills required

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Automotive SPICE and SDLC tools like JIRA
• Experience with software test frameworks such as Cunit, GoogleTest, VectorCast
