What you will do

• Partner with the IDG Product & Segment Marketing Leader to translate vision into actionable plans and drive strategic initiatives.
• Support operational cadence and build systems to improve efficiency and accountability across marketing segments.
• Lead cross-functional projects involving marketing, product, sales, finance, and operations to ensure seamless execution.
• Manage timelines, stakeholders, deliverables, and risk mitigation for high-priority initiatives.
• Prepare executive-ready materials and support communication flow across stakeholder groups.

Requirements

• Location: Based in Morrisville, North Carolina, United States
• 5+ years experience in strategy, operations, product marketing operations, program management, or consulting.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills with ability to operate autonomously in ambiguity.
• Proven ability to manage large, cross-functional programs and influence in a matrixed organization.
• Excellent communication skills including executive writing and presentation development.
• English: B2 level or higher required
