• Manage the full university recruiter life cycle workflow.
• Coordinate on-site interview days and manage candidate referrals.
• Project management for university recruiting event planning and execution.
• Partner with university partners to attract diverse candidates.
• Manage talent brand with social media postings.
• Provide mentorship and career development opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years in university campus recruitment or early career programs.
• Experience leading in-person and virtual programming initiatives.
• Ability to travel up to 40% during peak recruitment season.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration experience.
