What you will do

• Run and optimize performance marketing strategies for paid search and paid social campaigns locally and internationally.
• Maximize productivity through automation and feed integration.
• Identify high-potential growth ideas using a test and learn approach.
• Support international expansion and target local search engines.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, SEO, translation, and content teams to deliver campaigns.
• Make data-driven decisions based on metrics, market trends, and competitive landscape.

Requirements

• Must be 100% remote with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience managing £5m+ annual spend on global paid search and social campaigns.
• Strong paid search experience with at least 3-4 years.
• SA360 experience including template management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ecommerce marketing knowledge.
• French or Spanish language skills highly desirable.

Nice to have

• Experience with Meta and TikTok paid social platforms.
• Background in STEM or numerate discipline.
