What you will do

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research including interviews, surveys, and usability tests.
• Analyze research data and translate insights into actionable product recommendations.
• Create research reports, user personas, journey maps, and experience frameworks.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to prioritize user-centered improvements.
• Validate design concepts through continuous user feedback and iterative testing.
• Establish and maintain research methodologies and best practices.

Requirements

• Experience as a UX Researcher for 3+ years.
• Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Proficiency with usability testing, interviews, surveys, and data analysis.
• English level: Intermediate+ and above.

Nice to have

• Experience with research tools like UserTesting, Maze, Optimal Workshop, Dovetail, Lookback, Hotjar.
