User Research Specialist (Parental Leave Cover)

What you will do

• Support hirify.global World teams with playtesting: run workshops, arrange in-house sessions, analyze feedback.
• Plan and execute qualitative research projects like interviews and focus groups based on stakeholder needs.
• Analyze research data and present insights engagingly to studio teams.
• Create and present trend reports on kids and tweens market during studio-wide meetings.
• Manage Kids Panel and coordinate with vendors for research activities.
• Collaborate with legal team to ensure privacy and safety in research.

Requirements

• At least 2 years professional experience in user research
• Experience with user interviews and usability tests, preferably with kids and tweens
• Experience creating user surveys for qualitative and quantitative studies
• Outstanding presentation skills
• Collaborative spirit to work with stakeholders
• Fluent in English and Swedish
• Located in Sweden; 12-month parental leave cover starting August 2026
