Field Service Representative (SATCOM/Networking)

Location: Ramstein Air Base, Ramstein-Miesenbach, Germany; flexible/hybrid schedule

Salary: $110,000 annually

What you will do

• Assemble, install, configure, program, and optimize deployable communications systems according to site assessments and schematics.
• Perform system maintenance, hardware configuration, component replacement, testing, troubleshooting, and fault diagnosis.
• Provide on-site customer training covering system operation, maintenance, and limited troubleshooting.
• Support deployments and complete installation, repair, maintenance, and test activities efficiently.
• Prepare analytical service reports and recommend solutions based on customer needs.
• Act as the primary liaison between the customer and hirify.global while maintaining effective working relationships.

Requirements

• Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
• High school education with 9+ years of experience or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of SATCOM experience and 1–3 years of networking experience.
• Experience working with COMSEC materials, including Type 1 encryptors, SKLs, or KGs.
• DoD 8140 IAT Level II certification, such as Security+, CySA+, CND, or CCNA-Security.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, collaboration, and independent-working skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with DoD deployed communications.
• Experience with DoD NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS networks.
• Experience with Low Earth Orbit communications.
