Solutions Engineer - German (IT Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Become a technical expert in the hirify.global platform and modern IT infrastructure management.
• Consult partners on implementing hirify.global products and improving internal IT processes.
• Investigate customer use cases, custom product requests, workarounds, and alternative solutions.
• Support the sales team with advanced technical questions from prospects and customers.
• Share partner feedback with Product Management and contribute to future product development.
• Coach sales teams and deliver product training to partners.

Requirements

• Experience in technical sales of IT products.
• Professional proficiency in English and German.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, solution-oriented, and willing to learn new technologies and processes.
• This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience working for an MSP or internal IT helpdesk.
• Experience with RMM or backup software.
• Knowledge of APIs and scripting.
• Additional language skills.
