What you will do
- Provide on-site and remote support for hardware, software, accounts, workstations, networking, printers, and audio/visual equipment.
- Log, prioritize, and resolve support tickets through Jira and ServiceNow, escalating larger infrastructure projects when needed.
- Track IT assets through their lifecycle and maintain endpoint compliance using JAMF and Intune.
- Support access management with Okta and SailPoint IIQ and contribute to IT governance and compliance initiatives.
- Improve onboarding, offboarding, service KPIs, and SLAs in collaboration with senior IT staff.
- Use Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, scripts, prompt templates, and no-code tools to automate support workflows.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in IT operations or first-level support.
- Hands-on experience managing Windows and macOS workstations and endpoint devices.
- Strong hardware and enterprise IT software troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and own issues from diagnosis through resolution.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a service-oriented approach.
