Enterprise Infrastructure Engineer (Azure)

What you will do

• Build, maintain, and continuously improve core Azure infrastructure using repeatable Infrastructure-as-Code practices.
• Administer Entra ID, including RBAC and Conditional Access, as well as enterprise networking, firewalls, and Delinea privileged access management.
• Develop automation and integrations with Terraform, Power Platform, Python, and PowerShell, including AI-driven operational tooling.
• Manage Microsoft Intune and Kandji endpoint environments, including enrolment, policies, application deployment, patching, and compliance reporting.
• Support the Microsoft 365 and wider SaaS estate in partnership with Security and maintain alignment with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and DORA requirements.
• Document, test, communicate, and govern infrastructure changes through runbooks, architecture records, and IT change-control processes.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in infrastructure or cloud engineering, with experience designing, building, and maintaining production infrastructure end to end.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, networking, identity services, Entra ID, RBAC, Conditional Access, app registrations, and identity governance.
• Practical Terraform experience for Infrastructure-as-Code and experience managing Microsoft Power Platform environments and CI/CD workflows.
• Strong scripting skills in Python and PowerShell.
• Hands-on Microsoft Intune administration and working knowledge of Kandji for macOS device management.
• Experience with enterprise networking and firewalls, privileged access management, stakeholder communication, and technical documentation.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of AI platforms and APIs such as OpenAI and Anthropic.
• Experience with Cloudflare Zero Trust, global enterprise IT environments, or compliance frameworks including ISO 27001, SOC 2, and DORA.
• Experience administering Zoom telephony and contact centre solutions.
